As a Trainer at the Chick-fil-A of Mishawaka, you will be responsible for the training of current and future team members, new products and procedures, as well as seasonal training at both of our locations. You will be assisting in developing others while being a coach and advocate for the Chick-fil-A way.

As a trainer you must be enthusiastic, personable, adaptable, organized, have great people skills, and have a passion for growth and learning

Trainers must always uphold policies, procedures, and product quality.

Trainers will start as team members and follow our designed leadership development path. You will learn all operational areas of the business and move forward to becoming a trainer.

Starting pay $17/hour
