Job Overview:

The primary function of the CSR / Admin Assistant is to greet customers and deliver exceptional customer service assistance. They will handle incoming calls and assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and research. This is a non-exempt, full-time position.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and direct them accordingly
  • Write up customer orders that come in via phone, fax, or email
  • Scan all signed delivery tickets into computer and filing in appropriate customer files for future reference
  • Work on any special projects assigned by Office Manager
  • Versatile and willing to adapt to a situation with a customer
  • Coordinate with the internal department and/or supervisor to find solutions and resolve matters
  • Maintain a follow-up on the customer, to ensure they are satisfied with our Company
  • Strong organizational and reasoning skills
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate professionalism; be courteous and friendly to customers and co-workers at all times.

Qualifications / Experience / Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of related experience
  • Microsoft Word and Excel experience
  • Superb administrative writing, reporting, scheduling, organizational, time management, and presentation skills
  • Able to pass 7-year background check
