Job Summary
Perform a variety of custodial and maintenance duties in order to provide a clean, orderly, and functional environment; and perform related work as required.

Accountabilities

• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Property maintenance including minor repairs, washing windows and changing light bulbs
• Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning and other janitorial work.
• Light landscaping and maintenance of the recreational area of bank property
• Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
• Able to use basic cleaning equipment.
• Work well when supervisors are not present.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Other duties as assigned
