Responsibilites and Duties:
Work as Custodian I if required. Strips and seals floors. Know the different types of wax and application. Cleans all types of carpet and rugs. Maintain all floor care equipment and general facilities maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Must have one year experience and able to estimate square footage in conjunction with equipment/materials needed to complete the job.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and stoop and bend repeatedly.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis.
- Able to climb a 10-foot ladder.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
