Customer Care Specialist Job at UNADYN
Essential Responsibilities
- Handles a high volume of calls for parts orders. Assists customers in making product selections based on
customers’ needs and product specifications.
- Extracts relevant details from customers to accurately fill parts and units orders.
- Processes parts and warranty/error orders in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner existing and
approved company communication and data manipulation software and applications (i.e., SAP, Excel,
Outlook, etc.)
- Collaborates with internal business units (i.e., Engineering, Technical Support, Production, Accounting,
Sales, and Shipping) to keep process documentation updated, resolve discrepancies with customer orders,
check inventory of machine parts, request rush order parts shipment, clarify customer credit terms and
arrangements and, process service orders
- Develops new and updates existing order entry work instructions and processes for review and
implementation
- Quotes prices, credit terms, and other bid specifications of machines and systems according to the sales
quote matrix
- Maintains customer records using automated systems
- Contacts existing customers to ensure they have items that are required and needed for the proper operations of Una-Dyn/Piovan equipment (i.e., spare parts, components, up-to-date software)
Requirements:
- A high school diploma and a minimum of at least 5 years directly related experience in a manufacturing, parts, automotive, or purchasing industry is essential.
- Hands-on with the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Must be customer-centric, goal-oriented, self-directed and have the ability to handle multiple responsibilities. simultaneously with an unwavering dedication to operational excellence.
- Must be comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environment and demonstrate consideration of the bigger picture when identifying solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
