This position is working at the Fairchild AFB Exchange at our Express Gas and Retail Store as a Customer Experience Associate. The Army and Air Force Exchange Service (the Exchange) serves the Military Active Duty, Reserves, National Guard, Retirees, and their Families.

Primary Duties include running a register, assisting customers, inventorying, receiving, stocking and merchandising products. Our Fairchild Exchange Team Members are responsible for driving the customer experience through proactive and customer focused behaviors and actions. We strive to actively meet our customers’ needs by listening, providing solutions and making recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction and Exchange brand loyalty.

Job qualifications:

Completion of high school or the equivalent. Retail or food experience preferred demonstrated willingness and potential for additional responsibility.
