Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, flexible Customer Experience Specialist to join our GFaceMD & Soyier Skin Collection. You must have a desire to constantly learn and be eager to dive in and support a growing, boutique Aesthetics practice in Mashpee as well as a fast-growing skincare line.

Your Impact & Contribution

As Customer Experience Specialist you will support three key areas of our business. You’ll be tasked with supporting our Physician & Owner, Dr. Gretchen Frieling, our Medical Providers & Staff which may include staff scheduling, medical records updates, preparing medical supplies for appointments, and more.

For our patients, you will play a significant role in their interactions at GFaceMD. You’ll handle their phone and email communications, assist with appointment scheduling, assist with intake paperwork and ensure our Practice provides unmatched service and delivers an exceptional experience.

Your work at Soyier Skincare will ensure our customers receive their skincare products ontime, everytime! You will manage order fulfillment, field questions from customers, and assist with requests from practices to carry our line on their shelves!

Throughout your learning journey, you will be exposed to running a successful medical practice that is experiencing double digit growth year after year. From a retail perspective, you will play an integral role in contributing to the growth of Soyier Skincare and will learn the keys to successfully executing direct-to-consumer and distributor retail models.

Your Responsibilities and Duties

  • Act as a Patient Concierge:
  • Welcoming patients, handling phone & email communications
  • Assisting with intake paperwork, check-in and check-out procedures
  • Scheduling for new & existing patients
  • Support Medical Providers & Staff
  • Manage staff calendars and ensure proper scheduling availability
  • Assist with medical records updates or other Patient record needs
  • Help set up rooms with medical supplies, inventory, etc. when needed
  • Manage Office Operations
  • Open the office daily
  • Maintain the office and general supplies including inventory and ordering
  • Assist with taking inventory of medical supplies, placing & receiving orders
  • Prepare gift baskets and charitable contributions on behalf of the office
  • Help with additional activities that are focused on helping the office grow
  • Support Order Fulfillment
  • Control fulfillment of online skincare purchases including packing and shipping of orders
  • Control delivery of Soyier skincare products to office and keep accurate inventory counts
  • Assist with Managing Social Media Accounts & Email Blasts
  • Prepare content for GFaceMD, Soyier & FACEit Instagram accounts
  • Help with planning and execution of social media calendars
  • Help with hashtag research, trending topics, and prepare analytics for Dr. Frieling
  • Prepare & send email blasts and newsletters for each respective audience (GFaceMD, Soyier & FACEit)

8:00-4:30 Monday- Friday
