Customer Service/Operations Agent Job at Quick International Courier

YOUR ROLE
Assist clients from order taking to job completion. Monitor all aspects of job while in transit until completion. This role Budgeted for $22.59-$25 per hour.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Take job orders from clients, (including but, not limited to routing shipments, classifying of service type, establishing a deadline and printing the job order)- Provide clients with notification and follow-up (including flight and customs delays, proof-of-delivery, charges, problem resolution,)
- Includes understanding the clients internal requirements and nuances to better service their needs
- Report to Customer Service Manager
- Must work one weekend day. Shifts vary between afternoon and overnight shifts
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
6+ months experience in Air Logistics- 1 year of Customer Service Experience
- US and World Geography
- Associate's or equivalent experience
- Fluent in English (write, read, speak)
