Seeking experienced Customer Service Rep/Inside Sales Representatives to join our team! This role is a sales support role, assisting with pre and post sale operations in a professional manner. Providing effective sales service support for all customers by efficiently processing all customer orders and monitoring shipment. Please see below for more essential duties that come with the role:

Description:

Answer all inbound calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner

Address all customer call backs requests

Provide shipping, credits, pricing, non-stock order updates, and other services

Perform all data entry and order processing functions accurately and within required time frames

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

High School Education is required

2-3 years customer service experience heavily preferred

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency on a computer (specifically with windows office and ERP)

Some travel may be required to the Quad Cities
