Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet customers & answer phone calls with world class customer service
- Schedule estimates and vehicle drop off and pickups for customers
- Collect payment from customers
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed
- Regularly update customers on the repair status of their vehicle
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
