Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals

This position is with a Farm Bureau independent contractor agent, not with Tennessee Farmers Mutual Insurance Company. Farm Bureau agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour (Depending on experience and insurance licensing)

• Monday to Friday - Office hours are 8:00 - 4:30
