We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill a remote Customer Service Representative position within our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers while providing the exceptional service we are known for in the industry! This position is great for individuals with or without prior experience, that love helping others, and can be done part or full time. The Customer Service Representative will be working in a high performance, customer-focused team environment, and will be responsible for several tasks. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for the following roles:
  • Providing information and support to customers regarding products/services
  • Manage large amount of incoming calls, and time sensitive responses required
  • Inform customers of specials, deals, or promotions when available
  • Take appropriate detailed notes regarding customers request/needs to ensure accuracy
  • Attend required ongoing trainings, including zoom calls with team members
  • Maintain a positive, customer-oriented culture in the workplace
  • Work in harmony with other team members and leadership
  • Handle minor HR related issues within designated teams
  • Accurately handle customer funds, maintaining proper documentation of transactions
  • Must be able to multi-task, and adapt to changes
  • Schedule regular training sessions (e.g. monthly or quarterly)
  • Ensure new hires take on basic sales training courses, including communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Liaise with managers and encourage on-the-job coaching (e.g. how to handle difficult client cases)
  • Be able to effectively problem solve, with a can-do attitude
  • Meet weekly with senior leadership
  • Navigate through multiple systems and programs
  • Work with team leadership to ensure property customer service
  • Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, and or exchanges
  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development activities
  • Provide exceptional service, whether interpersonal, verbal, or written
  • Maintain a quiet distraction free office space
  • Guide customers through the planning process, and various packages
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Assist with generating sales leads - and providing them to our sales department
  • Respond promptly to customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely fashion
  • Go the extra mile, providing amazing service
Requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years of age, or older
  • Legally authorized to work within the United States
  • Computer with reliable internet connection
  • Effective with communication (verbal and written)
  • Outgoing personality, with a passion for service
  • Prior customer service experience highly encouraged, but not required
  • Experience in sales or customer service positions is a plus
  • Familiarity with interactive learning activities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Additional certification in training is a plus
