Contract to hire positions
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Responds to routine customer services requests (phone, email, chat) in a timely manner for assigned skills
- Initiates service requests per procedures and enters information in appropriate system(s)
- Follows up on assigned interactions
- Completes assigned administrative duties
- Suggests updates of knowledge content
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and maintain clean MVR as applicable
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and consistently meet deadlines
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication and listening skills
- Must be proficient with computer programs, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Demonstrate organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a Customer Service role.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- High School Diploma required.

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
