Our busy veterinary clinic is GROWING!
We are looking for an experienced veterinary receptionist for our South Tampa team as we venture into our remodel and expansion!
Candidate must be extremely personable, have a positive attitude, and willing to go above and beyond for each client. We are truly looking for a team player!
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Requirements:
- scheduling appointments for the doctors
- assisting in the clinic running smoothly
- greeting and conversing with clients
- fielding phone calls regarding patients
- preparing all paperwork for the following day
- Keeping our lobby clean and sanitized in between appointments
- Checking in and out clients throughout the day
Excellent computer and phone skills. Professionalism and effective communication are vital. Time management and ability to multitask is a necessity. Ultimately, the receptionist is the face of the practice. ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A MUST!
