This position is located at Oakes Kia in North Kansas City, MO but supports all dealerships within Oakes Auto Group.

We are looking for friendly and reliable people who are great at communicating with others.

You will be answering leads on vehicles for sale through phone, email, and text. Must be helpful and pleasant on the phones, and able to effectively communicate through emails and text to answer customer’s questions.

The goal is to set an appointment for the customer to come in for a test drive and purchase a vehicle, and to provide an over the top experience for each customer by taking the time to actually listen to them and find solutions for their needs.

No sales experience required, but should not be timid about talking to people and persuading them into action.
