We are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Miami Lakes, FL based team. The Customer Service Representative will coordinate all customer activities and will play an important role as the Company’s first point of contact for our Distributors and clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assists with placement of orders, account questions, billing, cancellations and other queries
· Uses telephone to speak with distributors or clients answering enquiries, placing orders, processing payments, shipping, etc.
· Works with Customer Service Supervisor to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
· Provides proper customer service and meets quality standards while resolving customer concerns or complaints via phone or email
· Suggests solutions or assistance when product is damaged in transit or redirect caller as appropriate
