Customer Service Safety Specialist

Full-time / Part-time

Multi-unit Condominium Association is looking for a friendly, conscientious Customer Service Safety Specialist in a customer facing role to join our team! Candidates for this position must be very personable and be able to provide a safe environment for our community.

This is a unique position. Our Customer Service Safety Specialist is the self-directed Face of our Community combining a strong focus on customer relations and public safety.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Greet, welcome, and identify guests and/or residents at the guard house entrance.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Maintain accurate logs pertaining to people and property.
• Address emergency phone calls from residents.
• Monitor video camera system for unwanted activity.
• Walk through association to check the functions of elevators, boilers, trash chute backups, etc.
• Conduct inspections of building grounds including exterior areas during all weather conditions.
• Identify suspicious or criminal activity and address appropriately.
• Familiarize yourself with the association’s Rules and Regulations.
• Ability to stand/walk/sit for extended periods of time.

We are looking to hire 3 people for our customer service team!

• Monday – Friday ……………….5:00 pm to 1:00 am
• Saturday and Sunday…………12:00 pm to 1:00 am / flex
• Float coverage…………………..flex schedule

Hours may vary; must be available to work weekends and holidays. $17.00/hour.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift

• Prospect Heights, IL 60070: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
