Customer Service/Sales Associate

Elements Massage (Vernon Hills) is looking for a highly motivated, friendly, and outgoing, Wellness Membership Adviser (WMA) to lead the sales and customer service of potential clients in our growing studio. As a WMA, you’ll not only be the face of our studio, but also help others seeking relief from chronic pain, day-to-day stress, or injuries by selling the most flexible membership in the massage industry. We’re here to support our client’s journey to a better version of themselves, and as a Wellness Membership Adviser you’ll be the one that guides them there!

MindbodyTM software Highly Desirable!

Responsibilities include:

Sales, Customer Service, Administration

· Being the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in person

· Informing all clients about the benefits of the Elements Massage Wellness Program, a no hassle membership plan

· Following our proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Massage Wellness Program

· Being a team player by communicating effectively with coworkers and massage therapists to ensure optimal client experience

Qualifications and Requirements

· Prior Sales/Retail experience preferred; selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients in gyms, tanning, and beauty environment.

· Superior Customer service skills in a spa like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution

· Familiarity with modern office tools and systems: scheduling and payments are all processed with easy- to-learn computer programs (MindbodyTM software is a plus)

Compensation and Benefits

· Base Pay $14-$17 per hour

· Monthly sales bonuses based upon membership sales

· Spiffs based on enhancement sales

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
