As a Customer Service Representative, you will communicate with third parties, clients, and providers, and update and maintain various systems/tools per standard process documentation.
This role is a Hybrid Role and m ust be Local to Austin, Texas
Basic Qualifications :
- Execute transactions without minimal direction
- Enter data and retrieve information from the group-specific system
- Answer calls from Providers, Medicaid clients, and Third Parties
- Verify and update other insurance coverage
- Communicate with Medicaid clients regarding insurance coverage and Program benefits
- Respond to various requests for information, as needed. Escalate to supervisor as appropriate
- Follow established policies, procedures, and methods
Bonus Points If You Have
