Based in Branchburg, NJ, this role is responsible for providing commercial technical support, developing and testing applications that highlight the value of Lycored products in finished consumer health products.

Some Challenges You’ll Tackle

• Managing customers that are not associated with a sales a manager
• Support selected customers with a sales manager as well as support Head of CXT with daily processes.
• Order processing
• Inquiries and first contacts (email, phone, website, newsletter, tradeshows etc.)
• Customer samples
• Customer complaint management
• Quotations
• Coordinating questionnaires
• Executing customer communication activities (e.g. notifications, deployment of GTM communication plan)
• Help improve work processes
• Commercial responsibility for attributed customers
• Service level provided for attributed customers
• Process review and improvement

Basic Qualifications

• Business/commercial education
• Ideally up to 3 years of international Customer Service work experience, ideally in a value added solution provider
• Analytical mindset
• Desire to work within an international, multicultural environment
• Experience with CRM/ERP software
• Sound conversation techniques
• Discipline to initiate first contact and to make the first step

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree
• Clear communicator in both oral and written form with both internal departments and external organizations.
• Project management, strong organizational and administrative skills
