Cantex in Mineral Wells has made some changes!
· $16.25 day and $17.25 nights to start - Increases when hired on permanently after 60 daysand after 120 days with Cantex
· Full benefits 30 days after hire date with LSI.
: Full benefits after 90 Days with Cantex
All positions have a 60-day temp to hire period.
The Machine Operator’s work weeks are two days on, two days off, three days on, two days off, repeat. This allows for every other weekend off.
Shift Schedules:
- 6am - 6pm
- 6pm – 6am
· Job duties and responsibilities:
· Work in a production environment
· Lift up to 40lbs
· Show up on time to work and follow instruction
· Work some weekends
· Work 12-hour shifts
