Synergetic Communication Inc. is currently looking for experienced Collection Representatives who are confident, competitive and dedicated individuals and ready for a challenging and rewarding work experience. We pay an hourly wage plus the ability to make BIG bonus checks monthly..

Responsibilities:
- Handle high volume of inbound and outbound calls in effort to negotiate re-payment plans on past-due and charged-off accounts.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of State and Federal laws and regulations related to Debt Collection compliance (FDCPA and CFPB).
- Input information in Collection Software to track conversations with Consumer.
- Great Communication and negotiation skills
- Maturity, honesty, integrity and a strong sense of ethics.
- Analyze each consumer’s unique situation, create and negotiate repayment of past due obligations consistent with guidelines and requirements
- Engage in timely follow up and maintain open lines of communication
- Research and update consumer contact information
- Document work accurately and timely
- Follow all company policies and procedures, be on time and participate in all team meetings, activities, etc. while pursuing these duties
- Work schedule 40 hours weekly
- Ability to work some late nights and Saturdays
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Must be able to pass background check
· At least 1 year Collections Experience
