Tri-State Carbonation a family owned company that’s been “carbonating beverages” for over 35 years has CDL B (or A) positions available to deliver bulk carbon dioxide to our customers throughout the RI & MA areas. Our customers include bars, restaurants, microbreweries and entertainment venues that use CO2 for great carbonated beverages. Our fleet is comprised of late model 33k lb box trucks with automatic transmissions, GPS dispatched laptops in cab, large ‘bulk tank’ inside with hose reel and hydraulic lift gate for moving any cylinders.

Flexible hours! Our team members often leave early mornings to beat the traffic in busy areas. Make your own schedule to work around your family life! Some drivers leave at 9pm, others midnight, 3 am. We’re flexible!

Requirements:

• Valid CDL B (or A) and able to obtain hazmat & tank endorsements within 90 days of hire (full company reimbursement for any expense)
• Successful completion of DOT required pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Positive attitude, neat & clean in appearance, safety minded
• Be able to move up to 135 lb cylinder on a portable handcart

The daily job entails:

• Safely filling truck with CO2 at our new facility in Leicester, MA and loading any high pressure cylinders that might be needed for orders
• Checking your truck per DOT requirements before leaving the facility
• Receiving customer orders / route via tablet in truck, make sure truck properly stocked
• Safely & efficiently drive delivering to customers in typical MA weather and metro traffic
• Deliver CO2 with hose that attaches to outdoor tanks or remote fill boxes and occasional high pressure cylinder customers use for back-up/ emergencies.
• Reporting any problems with customers or equipment to dispatcher
• Maintaining the operation and cleanliness of your truck
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety procedures
