SIGN ON BONUS: $500
_$250 paid out after 6 months of employment and the additional $250 paid out after 12 months of employment. Driver must be working an average of 3 shifts per week to qualify. _

• New Kingston Logistics (NKGL) is a family-owned and Veteran owned Delivery Service Partner. As a delivery associate, you will deliver packages in the comfort of newer vans to homes, businesses, and other delivery locations. You will play a key role in keeping our commitment to exceed customer expectations and ensure orders, large and small, are delivered on time to the right location.
• Compensation & Benefits:

• · $20.00-$24.00, DOE (Can earn up to $24.00 with incentives)
• Earn an extra $1/hour for attendance and earn rescue bonuses as well for helping out the team!

• Qualifications:
• · 21+ with valid driver’s license
• · Successfully pass a criminal background
• · Consent to a Motor Vehicle Driving Record background
• · Lift, load, and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
• · CDL not required
• No cannabis testing!
• · English proficiency
• Duties & Responsibilities:
• · Ability to work in ALL WEATHER CONDITIONS
• · Ability to thrive with a supportive team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• · Excellent communication and time-management skills
• · Physical ability to handle repetitive walking, lifting, bending and stooping
• · Use of provided hand-held device/smartphone for routing & customer delivery information
• · Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area
• · Work one weekend day per week
• · Ability to function safely while package handling and operating delivery vehicle at all times
• · Load and unload delivery vans accurately and efficiently
• · Deliver on average 150+ packages on your route
• · Maintain and provide exceptional customer service
