Our office is looking to add a skilled front desk coordinator to our team. In this role, you will serve as the chief point of contact for our patients. This means that having an upbeat attitude and professional demeanor are essential.
You will also help our office operate more effectively. This will include completing tasks like scheduling patient appointments, communicating with insurance providers, and others. Responsibilities:
- Greet patients who enter the office warmly.
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments as needed
- Assist patients in filling out required forms.
- Collect payments from patients.
- File insurance claims and track their progress.
- Maintain office inventory.
- Perform office duties.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Proficiency or ability to learn dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft
- Working knowledge of dental terminology
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
