This position is located in Truckee, CA.

What you'll do:

As a Key Holder/Department Lead, you will oversee the assigned Department while managing product flow, customer service and sales expectations within the area of assignment. Overall, you will strive to exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales and operational goals while also ensuring a memorable customer shopping experience. You must be a highly motivated team player who is friendly, goal oriented and driven to sell in a customer-centric environment.

• Execute the day-to-day operational functions of the department
• Directly accountable for overall sales and performance of the department
• Heavy interaction with customers at all levels
• Implement merchandising/sales directives to meet company guidelines
• Execute floor moves as directed by store management

To be considered, you should:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Have at least 2 years retail experience
• Be passionate about your interests as it relates to our business
• Ability to suggestively sell and be persuasive; effectively coach others to maximize sales
