The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office is seeking qualified individuals for the position of Merit Deputy.
Pay for a Sheriff’s Deputy after the probationary period is $53,556.
Incumbent serves as a Patrol Deputy for the DeKalb County Sheriff Department, responsible for enforcement of the laws of the state and protection of County residents and their property.
Must be:
A U.S. Citizen
At least 21 years of age
A high school graduate or have a GED
