6-2 am Temporary Position
12-8 Full Time Position $700 Sign on for Full Time
The Dietary Aide follows the direction of the Certified Dietary Manager and state guidelines to ensure that food is properly prepared, served to residents, and after meals are completed cleanup of the dining hall and dishes. Essential Functions Assist with food prep and cooking following universal precautions and state/federal regulations Preparing and serving beverages Setting up and passing trays for meal service Stocking snack cart Bussing of tables and trays Cleaning the kitchen work area Dishwashing Follow proper handwashing guidelines Additional special projects or tasks can be assigned at times by the CDM or the Executive Director Educational/Training Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Licensing Requirements Must have Texas Food Handler Certificate Experience Requirements Working in a commercial kitchen experience is preferred Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
