• Collaborate with team members, customers, & dealers to create exciting content for our social media channels and engage targeted communities/audiences
• Create, place, & manage branded posts for Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, & LinkedIn
• Travel to our four local company locations and occasionally visit dealers and customers in our region to gather fresh video and photo stories and content
• Organize your time each week to capture the necessary creative assets for marketing leads
• Maintain brand standards and meet content calendar deadlines
• Keep up with industry & social media trends
• Work consistent full-time hours, 40-45 hours/week, 8 am to 5 pm, with some flexibility

Country Lane Woodworking supplies a nationwide network of dealers throughout the United States & Canada. Our company ships our outdoor living products globally to places like England, Africa, Korea, and Spain. Along with our sister companies, we are looking for a Digital Content Creator to join our team – someone with solid photography, videography, and social media marketing skills. A background in basic creative writing (for social channels), graphic design, and video content are ideal.

Our Ideal Digital Content Creator:

• Experience: 2+ years with photography and videography – including editing. Social media marketing experience is required. Content writing experience is a plus. A Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism, videography, film, public relations, marketing, graphic design, or a related field is preferred.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to work efficiently & effectively within time constraints while keeping the big picture in mind and staying organized to complete your projects.
• Relational: Able to collaborate with various people within the company and with customers – enjoys being part of a creative team and exchanging ideas & information.
• Excellent Communicator: Ability to communicate across different mediums. A strong desire to grab images & video content, clean it up and tell a story to reach multiple audiences through social media.
• Quick Learner: Ability to rapidly acquire detailed knowledge of brands, audiences, and top-selling points to produce compelling digital content.
• Analytical: The ability to recognize social media opportunities and support our companies' brands online.
• Time Management: Self-motivated, comfortable taking the initiative, & handling multiple social media creative projects simultaneously.
• Self-Starter: Committed to taking responsibility & ownership for your work; ambitious & hardworking, a go-getter willing to work to produce quality content
• Computer Skills: Able to learn new technology quickly, someone who is tech-savvy; understand Adobe Photoshop, video editing software, and various social media platforms to post content & troubleshoot any issues.
