Management Trainee – Receive management training while providing residential services to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness. Position includes direct care responsibilities. Ideal candidate will possess at least one year relevant experience. Preference will be given to individuals with at least two years college credits in Human Services/Healthcare/Education fields. Full time position with benefits.

*Must be at least 18 years of age to apply. Must possess a high school diploma/GED and valid Michigan Driver’s License.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assisting with activities of daily living

· Assist with staff training and in-services

· Providing support to the Program Manager in daily program operations

· Monitoring medication and consumer appointments

· Ensure quality client programming

· Supervision of staff, facility and programs
