Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay is currently hiring a Home Health Director for Westminster Canterbury at Home!
Westminster Canterbury At Home (WCAH) offers personalized and exceptional Home Health Care, Home Care, and Hospice services in private home settings in Virginia Beach and surrounding areas.

What will I do?
The Director of Home Health is responsible for clinical and operational oversight of Westminster's Home Health Care.
- Supervise, communicate, and collaborate with other members of the home health team.
- Provide initial and on-going assessment and care planning.
- Provide assistance and training to clinicians.
- Lead quality assurance and improvement activities.
What do I need for this role?
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Two or more years of experience as a RN in health care, preferably in home health or hospice.
- Supervisory experience.
- CPR certification (Basic Life Support).
- Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- Valid license, proof of insurance, and own vehicle.
