Director of Housekeeping Job at Paramount Destinations Inc.
- Prepare the housekeeping associate's weekly schedule.
- Hire, train, supervise, motivate, and recognize the housekeeping staff.
- Inspect work performed by the Housekeeping staff to ensure quality and cleanliness.
- Maintain a professional working relationship with other managers and promote open lines of communication.
- Ensure that the housekeeping associates at all times are friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests.
- Anticipate, prevent, identify, and solve problems as they arise.
- Must maintain composure under pressure.
- Run check In & Check out reports each week.
