Director of Operations:

We are looking for a high energy leader with an ambitious spirit who acts as the face to current and prospective clients while being directly accountable for all clinic operations. This leader has a strong operations background in a fast pace environment.

Role:

• Oversee and Manage 6 urgent care clinics in Middletown, Columbus and Cincinnati
• Builds an environment of team building, integrity, patient/colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement, reward and recognition at the center level.
• Monitors and drives key business and clinical metrics.
• Drives and enforces a culture of customer service. Handle patient complaints and follow up
• Ensures staffing optimization and holds staff accountable to impact workflow and patient experience for all disciplines and sites.
• Works with clinicians in assessing center processes, work flows and staffing to continuously improve the patient experience.
• Maintains and establishes relationships with employers, client, referral sources, networks, local communities, etc. to drive market growth.
• Mentors and coaches their team regarding business metrics, patient/client happiness, process, and front desk procedures, etc.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in schedule and tasks.
• Strong decision-making skills including the ability to extrapolate from written procedures and policies.
• Effective prioritization and the ability to work in fast-paced environment with the objective of meeting company performance expectations.
• Uses tact and independent judgment to analyze and resolve problems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite.

Qualifications:

• Urgent Care, Healthcare or multi-Site HealthCare Experience Required
• 2 to 3 years of management/leadership experience (required)
• Bachelor's degree in business management, healthcare administration, or finances (required)
• Must live in the Cincinnati, Ohio area.
• Strong service mentality and a focus on achieving defined service standards.
• Considerate and supporting communication style; warm, positive, upbeat demeanor.
• Ability to lead and prioritize multiple tasks at a time in a dynamic environment without direct supervision.
• Ability to identify areas of opportunity, develop a plan of action to improve, implement and evaluate plan effectively
• Ability to perform 40hrs/week and on call as needed.
• Requires traveling
• Should be 18 or above and have his/her own vehicle and a valid driver's license
