Position Overview
The Director of the Executive Office (DEO) is responsible for supporting America’s Promise Alliance’s CEO and Executive Office in delivering on APA’s strategic plan and ensuring a dynamic, inclusive culture for the organization. This role manages scheduling for the CEO and Executive Office, high-impact projects, correspondence, and supports coordination among the APA leadership team. Reporting to the Chief of Staff (COS), this position directly supports the CEO, as well as the efforts of the larger APA leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a fast-growing team that is leading a community of the most inspiring youth-supporting organizations in the country.

Location, Compensation, & Benefits
- APA’s team is searching for the best talent regardless of location, as such please note that APA’s team is largely remote and location is flexible within the United States.
- Salary and benefits will be competitive and commensurate with experience with a range of $80,000-95,000.
