What you’ll be doing at Autism Care Partners:
Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller, The Director of Revenue Cycle Management is responsible for oversight of Autism Care Partner’s revenue cycle management (RCM) functions. Oversight includes ensuring an efficient, accurate and compliant revenue cycle management billing activities to maximize reimbursement across all ACP Commercial and Medicaid lines of business. The Director of RCM will provide leadership, organizational and strategic direction to the organization ensuring best RCM practices across ACP’s market. The Director, RCM plays an important role in the Finance Department as part of the strategic team that will continually seek to improve ACP’s collection rates through timely billing and timely and accurate treatment authorization requests.

- Manage ACP’s billing, collections, authorization, and payment posting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the revenue cycle management processes
- Actively collaborate with ACP’s Central Reach Manager on billing/authorization/provider issues
- Lead the development and implementation of revenue cycle strategies, policies, procedures, processes, and improvement initiatives to continuously improve the RCM process to maximize ACP’s billings and collections.
- Create management reporting that proactively identifies Revenue Cycle trends/issues
- Actively partner with the Operations team and Revenue Cycle Department Liaison on day-to-day business
- Ensure compliance in all aspects of RCM activities including coding and billing rules and regulations by payer and state. Responsible for monitoring and responding to any legislative/regulatory billing changes
- Develop and manage the Revenue Cycle budget – work with Finance to ensure assumptions used in budgeting and modeling are accurate
- Manage Payor audits in conjunction with ACP’s Compliance staff
- Collaborate with finance in revenue recognition by developing and implementing monthly revenue reports by region and treatment center. The Dir. will develop other monthly reports as requested and/or required to achieve ACP’s revenue recognition goals
- Design, operationalize, and monitor key revenue cycle reports to track key performance metrics
- Foster a positive work environment and deploy engagement and feedback tools to build a best-in-class revenue cycle team
- Establish and manage to annual individual and RCM department goals

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. Related degree may be considered and encouraged to apply
- Experience managing a team
- Healthcare experience required
- 5+ years of experience in a senior revenue cycle role

- Some travel may be required to corporate offices
- This is a HYBRID position, requiring at least 2-3 days IN OFFICE
