POSITION SUMMARY:

Our Logistic Coordinator will work in our Dispatch Office, directly reporting to the Dispatch Service Manager.

JOB DUTIES:

• Establishes delivery routes that efficiently utilize personnel and resources while maintaining a high level of customer service, accuracy and satisfaction
• Understands installation and pickup time requirements to maintain delivery and pickups time windows
• Assigns routes and service tickets for upcoming days to assist with forecasting labor and vehicle needs.
• Manages same day ticket routing and prepare routes for the next day
• Assists with dispatch paperwork by printing contracts, drawings and maps
• Confirms delivery/pickup times with customers
• Uses Aztec software to monitor delivery route progress in anticipation of making necessary recommendations or changes to maintain delivery objectives
• Coordinate drivers to new calls as they are received, by determining driver’s locations and loads to meet customer’s needs
• Communicates back and forth with delivery routes drivers, customers and the Sales office to assist with problem resolution and requests on daily routes to prevent delays in service
• Work closely with QC team to monitor returned rentals/equipment

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prefer Bi-lingual - Spanish
• Prefer Dispatch some experiance - but willing to train right candidate
• Minimum 2 years of customer service related experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, in particular)
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Strong, personable, client service skills
• Ability to work in a proactive and fast paced environment
• Strong technical skills
• Knowledge of Houston metro area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
