AAA Washington is looking for independent workers that enjoy problem solving and providing excellent customer service in our Member Services Call Center. Training starts virtually on March 13th, 2023!

AAA Washington Dispatchers provide high quality customer service using computerized dispatching, GPS, and mapping software. AAA Dispatchers work collaboratively as a team, maximizing service delivery by consistently contacting members with updates and resolving escalated issues in a professional manner. Additionally, you will work with contractors to ensure optimum service delivery, troubleshoot road service issues, update statuses, and provide information for dispatched calls.

You must:

• Live in Washington state within a reasonable commuting distance to Bellevue, WA.
  • This is a hybrid role working mainly remote. There may be times that you are required to come into the office (to pick up equipment in Bellevue, attend training, instances of power/internet outages, etc.)
• Technology requirements include your own internet connection and the ability to use an ethernet cable (provided) connected directly into your internet modem.
• This is a call center position which means you will be at your computer performing work as scheduled. Breaks and lunches are prescheduled as well.
• Candidates must be reliable, enthusiastic, and flexible to work swing and weekend shifts.

STARTING RATE

Wage offers are $20.25/hour for this position. However, the overall salary range for this position is $20.24/hour to $28.74/hr.
