Dispute Analyst - Iowa Job at Lincoln Savings Bank
Responsible for performing the daily functions related to disputes for LSB and LSBX card programs.
Process Debit Card and ACH Disputes, including investigation and decisioning.
Ensure journal entries for provisional and final credit are posting to customer accounts in the core system.
Process chargebacks and representments from networks.
Perform quality control on LSBX partners’ dispute process.
Continuously improve the dispute process through digital channels and automation.
Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding dispute lifecycle, system processing and functionality, and chargeback requirements.
Follow policies, procedures, network rules and regulatory rules related to role.
Necessary Skills and Attributes5 years of Issuer dispute experience
2 years of Acquirer dispute experience
Experience with Visa DPS dispute portal VROL
Thorough knowledge of Visa, Mastercard and Discover network rules regarding disputes
Thorough knowledge of Regulation E
Analytical skills, detail orientation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sound judgment and solid problem-solving skills
Ability to perform in a fast paced, high-volume environment
