We have immediate career opportunities on all three shifts for Certified Nursing Assistants at the Lakeland Village Residential Habilitation Center Nursing Facility. You’ll work with residents in a homelike environment alongside peers who are driven by these same goals and focused on our mission to Transform Livess

If you have a passion to work in the healthcare field and support individuals with disabilities, we offer a no-cost Nursing Assistant Certification Program for full-time employees.
Some of what you'll do:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, self-help and therapeutic activities, recreation, and social skills
  • Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to male and female residents
  • Take vital signs and report data
  • Assist in meal preparations, adhere to diet orders by differentiating food and liquid textures/consistencies, and assist in feeding residents
  • Document any observed changes in resident behavior, physical status, and possible medical or psychological conditions
  • Reposition and transfer residents using state of the art equipment and a team approach.

Who should apply?
  • Professionals with a High School Diploma/GED OR One year of experience working with people with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities
  • Current Nursing Assistant Certification (NAC) from the State of Washington OR the interest and ability to attend our onsite NAC training and pass the Washington State Nursing Assistant Certification Exam
