Radtke Service is a small family owned business that has been going strong for over 10 years ! We have locations in Brainerd, MN and Belfield, ND and serve the surrounding areas. We are an electrical and mechanical contractor focusing on commercial and industrial projects.

Responsible to the appropriate Supervisor, the Electrical Project Manager works within his/her area of responsibility to organize and supervise the work for his/her staff. This position also coordinates activities with foreman’s and other workers, and performs work within his/her trade certification. The Manager is expected to communicate with employees Radtke Service LLC expectations of workplace performance including advising, directing, and when necessary, verbally warning employees about any performance deficiencies.

Works independently, and when required, travels from job-to-job site. Reviews work requests to determine personnel requirements, procures materials necessary, ensures tools and equipment are available.

Responsibilities:

· Estimates labor, materials and other requirements for completion of specific jobs and provides written estimates when required. Can provide material list to office and order materials if needed.

· Reviews with his/her crew those policies, procedures, regulations, and terms of Radtke Service LLC relative to the day-to-day operation of his/her project.

· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects such as Safety Dept, Quality Dept, Procurement, Subcontractors and material providers.

· Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget keeping with project margin and working to achieve a low job cost.

· Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Identify and communicate work orders and POs, and identify any issues with the SOW.

· Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques to insure a balanced project. Using computers, change order notification forms to the customer and approval before moving on.

· Report and escalate to management a weekly report identifying project SOW by item, labor reports, man hours and percentage complete any constraints change orders. Depending on the value of the project, this may be required daily.

· Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders by the weekly report. Identify risks and concerns to the customer schedule and budgetary impacts.

· Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors for the best pricing and delivery options while being diligent and sightful of continued pricing irregularities.

Requirements:

• Computer Skills Including Adobe PDF, Procore, Microsoft Word, Excel and Project.
• 3+ years’ experience working in the industrial construction/steel industry
• Able to read mechanical and structural construction drawings
• Process and apply a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures to the completion of difficult tasks
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Preference Based in Minnesota with up 25% Travelling Required to North or South Dakota.

Pay: $58,377.24 - $135,196.18 per year
