Position Summary: :
Electronic File Clerks work directly with our attorneys and legal assistants and are responsible for electronically saving and profiling legal documents in our case management system. Our caseload is growing and the ideal candidate for this position is professional, responsible, organized and detail-oriented. • Move electronic files from one location to another
- Perform electronic data entry tasks
- Profile documents in accordance with standardized naming conventions
- Assist legal assistants and attorneys with file organization
- Perform additional duties as required by Practice Administrator/Practice Managing Attorney
Experience/Requirements: :
• Full-time, 8:00am to 5:00pm, M-F
- Entry level role, training provided
- Experience using computers and performing data-entry functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate with co-workers effectively and efficiently
- Possess excellent organization skills and be able to multitask and prioritize workload
- Team-oriented
