We are looking for a Program Manager join our team in our Waukegan, IL facility. We have two facilities, one located in Waukegan, IL and one located in Agua Prieta, Mexico, southeast of Tucson, AZ.

Job Description

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

Being the primary contact with our Customers, managing all activities of their jobs from start to finish. You will be responsible for coordinating quotations, which includes estimating labor and calculating material costs based on the quantities required. You will manage the development and implementation process of the customer’s products and services providing commercial management and customer service support to existing and new customers. Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on meeting customer expectations. Monitors and effectively communicates the project from initiation through delivery with the collaboration of other disciplines while meeting or exceeding financial goals specific to that program. Represents Circuit Works Corporation in a professional and ethical manner, with a full understanding of industry practices, company policies, and procedures. Resolves a wide range of issues utilizing collaboration and problem solving skills while adhering to all Corporate Policies. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:

  • Run a successful business for those customers assigned to you.
  • Be the main customer contact.
  • Coordinate the quote, estimate labor, and issue quotation for new jobs at assigned customers.
  • Give directions, targets, and deadlines to our internal customer team to ensure customers expectations are met.
  • Issue weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to customers as required.
  • Coordinate customer BOM changes with engineering, logistics, production and Mexico.
  • Serves as the site liaison between the company and the customer.
  • Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution, and business development.
  • Obtains accurate and timely data to support the order/forecast supply commit process.
  • Facilitates the resolution of any planning / ordering conflicts with the customer and site.
  • Drives customer Key Performance Indicators, such as Operational, Quality, and Material management metrics.
  • Manages product EOL process with minimal cost exposure to site and customer.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field, plus a minimum of 3 years experience as a Program Manager, or 13 years of equivalent experience in lieu of degree
  • At least 5 years of directly related experience must be in a manufacturing environment, preferably electronic contract manufacturing.
