Location: Tigard, OR

Pay: $19/HR

Hours of Operation: Must be open M-F 7am-4:45pm and Sat-Sun 7am-3:45pm (40 hour work week, with two consecutive days off)

Job Description:

• Handle 15-20 outbound calls to customers for payment and/or account adjustments. Most of these calls are "call backs" from the queue.
• Communicate with customers when follow up is needed regarding payments/collection issues.
• Display excellent verbal and written communication skills as email correspondence is a large part of the job duties.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience or office experience; email chat specialist experience PREFERRED
• Willing to make outbound calls and excellent grammar
• Must be reliable and looking for a career with a company who values their employees
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
