RSVLTS is hiring an Email & SMS Manager who, like The Office’s Michael Scott, is “the king (or queen) of forwards.” Well, these will be originals, not forwards, but you get the picture. So, if you consider yourself email & SMS royalty, keep on reading!

As our marketing department grows and we tackle more licensed apparel from the likes of Disney, Marvel, Nickelodeon, etc., we need an Email & SMS Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of all email and text campaigns for the brand. This role will work hand-in-hand with our awesome data and analytics and creative teams to make some beautiful and results-driven messaging aimed at sales and retention. And how about some cool subject lines, too? We’re suckers for a good subject line.

This is an in-house position, you must be able to work out of RSVLTS HQ at least three days per week (but it’s a fun office, we have snacks and a couch and sometimes we watch movies while we work).

So, what would your day look like?

• Manage the overall strategy and development of the email calendar
• Schedule and deploy campaign emails and SMS messages
• Customize the consumer journey with flows, personalization, segmentation, and A/B testing across email, SMS, and even direct mail
• Drive growth in our retention program
• Deliver reports on regular basis

What you bring to the table

• Experience. Sounds obvious, but we need someone who has produced successful email & SMS campaigns.
• You’re a perfectionist. Get in there with the nitty gritty. Typos are the enemy.
• Autonomy. We hate hovering, we want someone who can handle their business.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and collaborative environment. We’re constantly shouting ideas at each other and testing things on the fly. This office is a lot of fun, and speed always wins.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in relevant email marketing and SMS experience
• Expertise in Klaviyo or similar email programs
• A kickass portfolio
• Ability to provide metrics and reporting
• DTC or E-commerce experience is a plus
• CRM/Loyalty experience is a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
