Role Summary
Our Employee Benefits Division is growing and we are seeking a Benefits Analyst to join the team. This role will work closely with the account team to deliver proactive service and manage client benefit programs.
What You Will Do
- Prepare and submit Employee Benefits RFPs for all lines of coverage
- Create and maintain renewal spreadsheets
- Responsible for creating monthly reporting packages and ad hoc reporting requests
- Assist with client material creation
- Managing day-to-day service account requests
- Support the Employee Benefits renewal process
What You Will Bring
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in group benefits, working on the agency side or carrier side
- You have a four-year college degree
- You are able to work independently and build strong relationships
- You are highly organized & thorough
- You are an independent thinker and have a high idea orientation
- You can handle many simultaneous projects efficiently and effectively
- You enjoy creating or modifying processes/procedures to simplify tasks
- You have strong communication skills
