Responsibilities:

• Work with managers and employees to prepare facility for external IATF16949 and ISO14001 audits and certifications
• Responsibility to implement and coordinate internal audits and supplier audits
• Manage internal document control system
• Lead quality system improvements to improve efficiency and compliance to IATF16949
• Implement quality continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizens or other events
• Analyze and investigate root cause analysis on nonconforming product
• Drive closure and verify effectiveness of corrective and preventative actions
• Supervise external calibration activities to ensure monitoring and measuring devices meet requirements
• Assist in development of FMEA and Control Plans
• Develop and train employees on work instructions and procedures as required
• Assist with adherence to customer specific requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline is required
• Quality System audit experience preferred, lead auditor certification is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• Manufacturing process knowledge preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office required
• Minitab experience a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects is preferred
