The primary role of a caser operator is to set up and operate a corrugated case assembler, and ensure it fills the boxes created with the correct number of finished packages. The caser operator is also responsible for ensuring that all printing that appears on the cases is accurate and legible. All finished cases produced must meet stringent Federal and State Food Safety guidelines and requirements.
What qualifications and skills do I need to be successful?
First and foremost you need to be dependable. Doesn’t matter how good an operator you are if you’re not at work doing the job. We are willing to train candidates so long as they possess the required aptitude. Our most successful operators have good mechanical aptitude, problem solving/logic capabilities, troubleshooting skills, and are comfortable using hand tools to make necessary adjustments on their equipment.
