Job title: Production Operator – B/Filter Operator

Job location: 4730 Crittenden Dr. Louisville, KY 40209

Work week: Must be open to all shifts.

1st – 7:15am to 3:30pm (Mon – Fri)

2nd – 3:15pm to 11:30pm (Mon – Fri)

3rd – 11:15pm to 7:30am (Sun – Thurs)

*In October 2023 our shift schedule is hopefully moving toward a 12-hour shift (2 / 2 / 3; will go from 3 groups to 4 groups) 6:15pm to 6:30am; 6:15am to 6:30pm (would be getting about 8 hours of OT pay every pay period)

Wage: Starting pay is $26.03 (base + shift differential)

Benefits: Starts on the 1st of the month after their start date. M/D/V/401k + 100% match up to 6%, tuition reimbursement, and profit-sharing bonuses paid out yearly directly into 401k account

Education / Certifications: High School Diploma or GED

Required Experience:

  • Previous manufacturing experience
  • Stable work history

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous chemical manufacturing experience is a huge plus.
  • Batch making experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Previous forklift experience

Reasons for disqualification: Must be able to pass a background check, must be able to pass a drug screen, must be able to lift to 50lbs, and willing to stand for long periods of time.

Position overview

As a Production Operator, you will be part of our manufacturing teams who are safely producing our products in an environmentally responsible manner. This includes but is not limited to taking samples from our production lines, handling raw materials, filling our products into their different packages and handling waste materials. We will train you and teach you everything you need to know about the job, there is no prior experience needed. Are you willing and able to work in shifts and are you looking to learn and grow? Responsibilities

In your team, you will be responsible for

  • The safe operation of the unit, compliance with health requirements and protection of the environment
  • Ensuring production of material meets strict Quality standards.
  • Preparing raw materials, charging the reactors
  • Taking samples during the manufacturing process
  • Pumping our final products into their packages (eg drums, tank wagons or others)
  • Ensuring that all waste generated on shift is properly labeled and stored.
