Entry Level Paralegal Job at Law Offices of Peter J. Lamont, LLC

Position: Paralegal/Legal Secretary
You will be working at our office in Wyckoff, NJ and will be responsible for keeping the firm running smoothly. A typical day will find you answering the phones and completing potential client intakes, directing clients to the correct office personnel, drafting correspondence (ex. cover letters, engagement letters, closing file letters), drafting status reports and other documents from dictation, scheduling and calendaring meetings, and maintaining the office.
Hours: Full-Time (will consider part-time if you can cover the critical hours needed).
Pay: Dependent on experience.

Ideal Candidate: Holds at least an Associates Degree AND a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program. Experience with Mac/Apple computers or ability to learn the technology quickly is a must.
Position is fully in office, not remote.
