Eviction Specialist
The Eviction Specialist is responsible for providing excellent service to ensure seamless transitions through the eviction process.
Duties-
- Ensure compliance with all state and investor requirements, through thorough documentation of all actions, correspondence, and process delays.
2. Preparing relocation assistance offers, follow-up on processing of check requests, coordination of delivery of relocation checks.
3. Coordinating and monitoring the attorney work by reviewing all proceedings, records, and timeframes
4. Providing updates throughout the Eviction process.
5. Inbound/outbound calls between former owners and tenants.
6. Working closely with property management vendor to resolve any issues for tenant occupied properties.
7. Assisting with other duties as necessary.
Specifications-
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
- Prior Foreclosure, eviction, REO, or legal experience, preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to meet deadlines with competing interests for time.
